Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Hartlex Gallery. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at info@hartlexgallery.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
• Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
• Ship the return to: Hartlex Gallery, 6515 University Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35806.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged or defective items: Return shipping is free. We'll provide a prepaid label.
• Changed your mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn items
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to info@hartlexgallery.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
